Service 10 · Websites and web applications
A taxi website that takes your bookings, with no subscription.
A site for independent taxi or private hire drivers: your town at the top of Google, a tap-to-call number, a form that estimates the fare and sends you the job by e-mail. No subscription, no commission, no cookies.
First conversation free.
Who it is built for, and who it is not for
- 01
The independent taxi driver, one to three drivers sharing an e-mail inbox.
- 02
The taxi approved for patient transport (taxi conventionné), who wants a site that takes data seriously: a journey to a hospital says a lot about a patient.
- 03
The private hire driver who wants their own clients, without giving up a commission on every journey.
- 04
The driver taking over a licence, who is just starting and wants to receive bookings from the very first week.
Who it is not for
Fleets of ten vehicles with real-time dispatching and live vehicle tracking; booking centres covering several towns; companies that want to take card payments on the site, since payment on board is a deliberate choice. In those cases, we point you towards an off-the-shelf tool: we will not sell a site that is not sized for your needs.
What the site contains, turnkey
- The pages: home, services, patient transport, station and airport transfers, booking, news
- A booking form: addresses completed from the Base Adresse Nationale (France's national address database), real road distance, fare estimate according to your rules (day, night, weekend, time slots)
- Accept or decline the job by signed e-mail: one tap from your phone, and the client receives the confirmation
- Local search optimisation: structured data, one page per search query (taxi plus your town, station, patient transport)
- The legal notice and privacy policy written for you, with the specific points for patient transport
- Speed and accessibility checked before go-live
- Hosting on our servers in France
Options, priced in the quote
- A site in several languages, for tourism or border areas
- Sharing jobs between two or three drivers
- Time-slot fares, surcharges for luggage or animals
- Rebuilding an existing WordPress site, with redirects to keep your search rankings
TaxiGhis, a taxi website we rebuilt
TaxiGhis is a taxi in the Belfort area, in business since 2014. Its WordPress site was rebuilt in Next.js in May 2026: online booking with a fare estimate, one page per local search query (taxi Belfort, TGV station, patient transport), no audience measurement cookies, hosting in France, and its search rankings carried over page by page. Real screen on the case study page.
Questions from independent drivers
Why a website, rather than Google and a phone?
Google finds you, but it does not take bookings. A visitor who wants to book at 10 pm for the next morning will not call: they click through to the competitor who has a form. The site takes bookings at any hour, gives a price, and sends you the details by e-mail.
How do I get my bookings?
In your existing e-mail inbox. Each booking arrives with two signed links, “Accept” and “Decline”: one click is enough, and the client receives the confirmation. No password, no app to open; your inbox serves as your history.
Is there an app to download?
No. The site opens in the phone's browser and can be added to the home screen like a shortcut. An app published on the app stores costs far more to write and maintain, for an independent driver who does not need one.
What if I become approved for patient transport?
The site is ready: patient transport wording in the pages, adapted notices in the privacy policy. Invoicing the French national health insurance stays outside the site, as it does today: no health data is entered there, which avoids requiring a certified health data host.
Am I dependent on you?
No. The code is yours and the site runs in a standard container, which can be deployed with another hosting provider without rewriting a line. By default, we host it in France, monitored and backed up.
Timelines, quotes, code ownership, end of contract: the answers are in the FAQ.
Quoted per project. Price ranges are published on the pricing page, along with what makes a budget vary.
