A custom ERP, with only the modules your SME needs.
Off-the-shelf ERPs do everything, and you use a handful of their screens while paying for every licence. We build the opposite: your modules, your management rules, with no cost per user.

When a custom ERP is justified, and when it is not
If Odoo, Dolibarr or an ERP specialised for your sector covers your workflow well, that is the right answer and we will tell you so during scoping. Custom software wins in three cases.
- 01
An unusual management workflow. Trading with complex pricing, small-batch production, rental, after-sales service: your workflow does not fit the boxes of standard ERPs.
- 02
Licences that cost a fortune. ERPs are billed per module and per user, every year. With custom software, you invest once, and the tool is yours.
- 03
Excel has become the ERP. Stock in one workbook, invoices in another, scheduling on a whiteboard. It worked, until it broke or someone left.
Who it is not for
We do not replace your general accounting software: the ERP sends it entries in its own format. And if what you need fits in a CRM, there is a page for that.
Your management rules, not a software vendor's
Many SMEs live between two worlds: an under-used general-purpose ERP on one side, a constellation of Excel workbooks on the other, and re-keying everywhere in between. A custom ERP brings everything back into a single tool: orders feed stock, stock feeds purchasing, invoicing starts from actual deliveries, and the manager reads an accurate dashboard.
We only develop the modules you need, in order of your priorities. Each module replaces an Excel file or part of the old tool: your teams move over in stages, with no risky switchover day.
How we go about it
- 01
Mapping your workflows. From quote to payment, from stock to stocktake: we document the real workflow, exceptions included. That is where standard ERPs fail.
- 02
The first module that pays off. We start with the most painful link, often quotes and invoices or stock. You see results before the end of the project.
- 03
Migrating your data. Clients, items, prices and history imported from Excel or the old tool, cleaned up and checked with you, not dumped in as they come.
- 04
Operations in France. Hosting on our servers, backups every night, monitoring day and night. The backups, encrypted before they leave our servers, stay in the European Union, with a copy in France.
Invoicing and subscriptions that we run
We have not yet published a case study of a complete SME ERP. Here are two management modules written and operated by us, with real screens.
- Madaris, a product published by SanfytechMonthly invoicing per family, payments allocated to the oldest invoices first, numbered receipts and credit notes, reminders in three languages, a dashboard of amounts received, expenses and balances due.
- BuyStepSubscriptions on three levels, with their whole life cycle (active, expired, cancelled, unpaid) and recurring revenue tracking in the back office.
Before leaving Excel
Why not Odoo, Dolibarr or an off-the-shelf ERP?
Sometimes, yes. If a standard ERP covers your workflow, that is the right answer and we will tell you. Custom software wins when your management has particular rules (pricing, units, approval workflows), when adapting a generic ERP would cost more than a clean development, or when you refuse a per-user subscription for life.
How much does a custom ERP cost?
It depends on the number of modules. A useful first scope, for example quotes, orders and invoices with data migration, is quoted per project; price ranges are published on the pricing page. Further modules are added at your own pace, one budget at a time.
What happens to our Excel data and our history?
They are migrated. Importing clients, items, prices and history is part of the project: we clean up duplicates with you, check the totals against what you have now, and the old system stays available for reference during the transition.
How long until we are up and running?
The first module is in production well before the end of the project: that is the advantage of the module-by-module approach, each stage is useful from the day it is delivered. The schedule is written into the quote.
Will the ERP be able to grow with the company?
That is the whole idea. The code is yours, the tool is built in modules, and the team that wrote it handles maintenance and changes. A new workflow, a new activity: we add a module, you do not buy a new ERP.
Timelines, quotes, code ownership, end of contract: the answers are in the FAQ.
Quoted per project. Price ranges are published on the pricing page, along with what makes a budget vary.
