The quote is written after a free first conversation: scope, price and timetable, spelled out in full. The price ranges below do not replace it; they help you place a budget before you write to us. All amounts are exclusive of tax, with VAT at 20% on top.
Three entry points, depending on what you need
Every project is quoted individually. The price ranges show where each type starts; the final price depends on the scope agreed together at the scoping stage, never on a surprise along the way.

Managed services and maintenance
Quoted per project · price range: from €250 excl. VAT a month
We look after your application: availability, security and small improvements as they come up. Application maintenance, what the French industry calls TMA (third-party application maintenance), is included.

By the day, depending on complexity
Time and materials means an assignment billed for the time spent, by the day: extra hands for your team, a study, an audit, ongoing support. Here too it is quoted: the rate depends on the profile involved and the length of the commitment.

Five questions that move a budget
These are the ones we ask in the first conversation. Your answers are usually enough to place the project in one of the types above, or to say straight away that it does not fit.

The scope. The number of screens, roles and business rules. A tool that serves a team and a tool that serves your customers do not require the same work, even on the same subject.

The integrations. Each system to connect (accounting, payment, e-mail, directory, hardware) adds an interface to write, test and then monitor.

The data migration. Taking over clean existing data is quick; taking over files built up over ten years requires cleaning, checks on totals and a period of double entry.

Hosting and managed services. Depending on whether the application runs with us, with you or with a third party, and on how critical it is, the operations contract takes a different form, and it is priced separately from the project.

The deadlines. A regulatory deadline or a trade fair is paid for in organisation, not in overtime: we split the work differently, we deliver in batches, we say what has to wait.
Fixed price or time and materials
Two forms, chosen with you depending on how precise the need is. The written proposal says which one applies, what it covers and what it does not.
Fixed price
When the scope can be described in advance. The price and timetable are firm, and we carry any estimation gap. A change of scope along the way is covered by a priced amendment, never by a line that suddenly appears on the invoice.
Time and materials
When the need becomes clearer as you go: extra hands for your team, exploratory work, support for management. Billed by the day worked, with a report of what was done, and you can stop at any time.
What is included
Scoping, follow-up meetings, testing, go-live and documentation, plus the three-month warranty after delivery on business applications.
