Many companies hold their way of working together with shared Excel files that are fragile and impossible to audit. A business application replaces those files with a tool that knows who is allowed to do what, and keeps a record of what has been done.

    Your rules are your own. Your line of work has rules that general-purpose software ignores. We write them as they are, without awkward compromises.

Rather than bending the way you work to fit generic software, we build the application around your real workflow, exceptions included, and connect it to your other tools: accounting, payments, directory. It opens in a browser, on a computer as well as on a phone.

Before replacing the spreadsheet

  • Does everything have to be rebuilt at once?

    No. We start with the most painful link, often quotes and invoices, and the old tool stays available for reference during the transition. Each stage is useful from the day it is delivered.

  • What happens to my Excel files?

    They are migrated: clients, items, prices, history. We clean up duplicates with you and check the totals against what you have now, instead of dumping the data in as it comes.

  • Can you connect the application to my accounting?

    Yes, when your software provides an interface or an export format; otherwise by exchanging files in your format. The link is priced in the quote, after we have looked at your existing setup.

  • Is my data backed up?

    Every night, encrypted before it leaves the original machine, then checked. The measurements on this page come from our own instruments, with their date and method.
