Each document below is published in its current version, at a stable address. That address is the one our quotes and contracts cite, and the version they designate is the one that binds the parties: publishing a later version has no effect on a contract already in progress.
The English translations are provided for information only. The French version prevails: it alone binds the parties, and each translated page links to it.
Earlier versions remain available, in French only, at their permanent addresses. We provide a copy on request, on paper or on a durable medium, at contact@sanfytech.com.

What is attached, what is cited
The general terms, their service annexes and the data processing agreement are not printed in our quotes: they are published here, with version numbers, and the quote cites them by title, version, date and address. Everything specific to a given project (subject, price, schedule, scope, service levels) is set out in the quote itself, which is signed.
Article 28(3) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 requires a written, binding legal act for the processing of personal data by a processor. It imposes no particular form, no separate signature and no physical handover: the published agreement, designated by the quote the client signs, meets that requirement.
